JKD Consultancy provides e-commerce marketplace services including account management, listing optimization, advertising, brand registry, and account reinstatement services.
2. Client Responsibilities
- Provide accurate and complete documents (GST, Bank, ID)
- Ensure product compliance with marketplace policies
- Timely communication and approvals
- Maintain ethical selling practices
3. Payments & Fees
- All payments must be made in advance
- Fees are non-refundable once work starts
- Delay may result in service suspension
- Ad budgets & platform fees are client responsibility
4. Advertising Disclaimer
We optimize campaigns for best performance, but sales, ROI, and rankings are not guaranteed as they depend on market factors.
5. Account Access & Security
Client must provide required access. We ensure confidentiality but are not responsible for breaches due to third-party or client negligence.
6. Intellectual Property
All content, creatives, and strategies remain property of JKD Consultancy unless agreed otherwise.
7. Account Suspension
We assist in reinstatement but do not guarantee approval, as final decision lies with the marketplace.
8. Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for any business loss, account suspension, or platform penalties.
9. Termination
Either party may terminate services. No refunds for completed or ongoing work.
10. Third-Party Platforms
We are not affiliated with Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, or other platforms. Their policies are beyond our control.
11. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep business and account data confidential.
12. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update terms at any time without prior notice.
13. Governing Law
These terms are governed by Indian law under jurisdiction of Dhanbad, Jharkhand.
